For queries on maintenance issues or replacement product, please contact your Titon distributor or window / ventilation installation company. For newly built homes, the housebuilder or site manager should be contacted.

In the majority of circumstances initial product problems are due to incorrect or unsatisfactory installation. Titon stress that experienced installation contractors are best placed to diagnose and remedy product problems on site.
